STAYING AFLOAT IN CHALLENGING TIMES
We recognize spiritual resilience when we see it, even if we have a tough time putting it into words. Spiritually resilient people are calm, brave, compassionate and hopeful. While we can't manufacture resilience, we can cultivate it. This course will introduce you to a method for doing just that.
You'll get:
A working understanding of spiritual resilience
An overview of a practical method that can help
A quick stress-busting strategy you can use any time, any place
An invitation to learn more
OUR APPROACH RESTS ON:
SPIRITUAL EMOTIONS
Spiritual emotions heal and connect us with our best selves, one another and our Creator.
SPIRITUAL PRACTICES
Even brief spiritual practices, woven throughout the day, can increase our wellbeing and help us become the persons we were created to be.
BODY/SPIRIT CONNECTION
Incorporating what we now know about our bodies, especially the nervous system, can help make spiritual practices even more powerful.
